Rhino beetles concept art

I have been very busy sculpting my first new project for 2017. Rhino Beetles! Loads of them!

As always I created a few concept art sketches of some of the ideas I wanted for this project.

Miniatures are already sculpted and finished and soon will post them here.

    Wow! The striated texture displayed here would give them a very unique look... How would the thinner legs translate into metal/resin?

    Not very well so I had to make the legs bulkier. I will post pics soon.
